Furthermore sinceMy TJ Maxx card account is linked to the app it will not allow me to manually print my certificates and manually upload them to the app which I should not even have to do anyway because the app should allow me to have an use digital certificates but for some reason it says I have zero dollars and certificates.
I called the TJ Maxx credit card company and they said it was not their issue and then I called the app customer service number and they said it was not their issue.
I even submitted a help ticket on the issue and the person that replied literally said I needed to change the font that I was using. What an idiot!! So thankful for the last customer service agent. The issue was my phone number. She removed my phone number from old closed credit card account. She knew exactly was going on. Well, this app has done the opposite. This is before I gave her my rewards. Then it corrected by the time I got home.

TJ Maxx was in the news earlier this week as stores reopened to large crowds in some states. As part of our response to the health crisis, we closed our stores in nine countries and online shopping sites, as well as our distribution centers and offices around the world several weeks ago.
As various states and countries re-open businesses and we re-open our own stores and e-commerce websites, health and safety will remain a very important consideration. No matter where people live in the world, we want our Associates and customers to feel confident when they come back to work or shop in our stores.
In light of the pandemic, we have been highly focused on making changes to help provide a healthier store environment going forward. For our Associates, we are following newly established health protocols, including required use of face masks while working and implementing social distancing work practices.
