There is also a lot of Bias and favoritism. The pay is not enough to live off of. Other employees are friendly and sociable. There is no employee discount. Which is insane considering how much money they take in. I would not recommend working here unless you want to be treated like dirt after undercharging someone 25 cents.

Just a step in the door until the job you want comes. Low concern for human decency. The majority of my time employed at this franchise was spent putting an unnecessarily grandiose amount of time and effort for little to no respect or proper pay. The manager is unperceptive and keen on delivering negative reinforcement for a more than proper level of contribution.
